Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Rizki Media websites, tools, and media workflow services (“Services”). By using the Services or authorizing Rizki Media to access a Google or YouTube account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Authorized use

Rizki Media Services are intended for authorized Rizki Media operators, administrators, channel owners, and approved collaborators. You may not use the Services unless you have authority to access the relevant content, accounts, channels, assets, or systems.

2. Media and channel operations

The Services may support video planning, production assistance, upload preparation, YouTube upload, metadata management, channel review, analytics review, reporting, and related operational tasks. You are responsible for ensuring that content, metadata, uploads, comments, channel changes, and publishing decisions comply with applicable laws, platform policies, rights, licenses, and community guidelines.

3. Google and YouTube services

Some Services use Google OAuth and YouTube APIs. Your use of Google or YouTube features is also governed by Google's and YouTube's applicable terms, policies, and API rules, including the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, Google API Services User Data Policy, and any additional terms shown during the OAuth consent process.

4. Account access and security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of accounts, credentials, channels, and devices used with Rizki Media. Do not share credentials with unauthorized people. If you believe an account, token, or credential has been compromised, contact admin@rizkimedia.org promptly and revoke access through the relevant provider when appropriate.

5. Content rights

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for any content, assets, data, scripts, audio, video, images, or metadata you provide or authorize Rizki Media to process. Rizki Media does not claim ownership of third-party content or channel assets solely because they are processed through the workflow.

6. Prohibited activity

You may not use the Services to:

• Access accounts, channels, data, or systems without authorization.
• Upload or distribute content that violates law, third-party rights, or platform policies.
• Misrepresent identity, affiliation, ownership, sponsorship, or authorization.
• Bypass security, rate limits, review gates, human approvals, or platform restrictions.
• Interfere with the availability, integrity, or security of Rizki Media systems or third-party services.

7. Availability and changes

The Services may change, be paused, or be discontinued at any time. We may update workflows, access requirements, or these Terms as operational, legal, or platform requirements change.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free uploads, platform acceptance, monetization, visibility, analytics results, or any particular channel outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizki Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost content, platform enforcement actions, or business interruption arising from use of the Services.

10. Termination and revocation

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe these Terms, applicable law, platform policies, or account security requirements have been violated. You may stop using the Services at any time and may revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions page.
