Rizki Media (“Rizki Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates media production and channel-management workflows for authorized digital video channels. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website or authorize Rizki Media tools to access Google or YouTube services.

1. Who may use Rizki Media tools

Rizki Media tools are intended for authorized Rizki Media operators, administrators, channel owners, and collaborators. They are not a general public consumer service. Google or YouTube account access is used only when the account holder or authorized channel administrator grants consent through Google OAuth.

2. Information we may collect

Website visitors

When you visit this website, our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, security logs, and cookies or similar technologies needed for security, traffic routing, abuse prevention, and basic site operation. We use this information to keep the site available, secure, and reliable.

Google and YouTube account data

If an authorized user connects a Google or YouTube account, Rizki Media may access the information permitted by the scopes approved during the Google OAuth consent flow. Depending on the scopes granted, this may include:

• YouTube channel identifiers, names, status, and basic account/channel information.
• Video files selected for upload, upload status, video IDs, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, captions, categories, privacy status, and other video metadata.
• Channel and video management data needed to create, update, review, or manage authorized channel content.
• Comments, captions, ratings, playlists, and related YouTube resources when needed for approved channel-management tasks.
• YouTube Analytics, reporting, monetization, partner, membership, or audit data when explicitly authorized and needed for channel operations or reporting.
• OAuth tokens and related authorization metadata needed to maintain authorized access without requiring repeated sign-in.
• Operational logs showing upload, sync, API, or publishing status, excluding secrets where reasonably possible.

3. How we use information

We use information only to operate, secure, and improve Rizki Media workflows. This includes:

• Uploading videos to authorized YouTube channels.
• Creating, updating, reviewing, or managing video metadata, privacy settings, captions, comments, playlists, and related channel resources.
• Checking channel/video status, quota usage, errors, and publication readiness.
• Reviewing YouTube analytics, reporting, monetary reporting, partner, membership, or audit information when authorized for channel-management decisions.
• Maintaining security, auditability, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention for the workflow.
• Responding to support, privacy, or account-access requests.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising profiles. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to operate the authorized workflow, comply with law, protect security, or with explicit authorization.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

Rizki Media's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google services are also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Data storage and security

OAuth tokens and operational configuration are stored in restricted environments accessible only to authorized operators. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect account access and workflow data. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to what is needed and to avoid unnecessary retention of sensitive data.

6. Data sharing

We may use service providers that help us host, secure, or operate this website and workflow, such as Cloudflare for hosting/DNS/security and Google/YouTube for API access. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, security, and safety.

7. Data retention and deletion

We retain OAuth tokens and operational data only as long as needed for authorized channel operations, legal/security requirements, troubleshooting, or auditability. An authorized user may revoke Google access at any time from the Google Account permissions page. You may also request deletion or disconnection by emailing admin@rizkimedia.org. After a verified request, we will revoke or delete applicable credentials and remove associated operational data where reasonably possible, unless retention is required for security, legal, or legitimate operational reasons.

8. Children’s privacy

Rizki Media tools are not directed to children and are intended only for authorized operators and channel administrators.

9. International processing

Information may be processed in locations where Rizki Media, its operators, or its service providers operate. By using the website or authorizing account access, you understand that information may be processed outside your location.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Rizki Media workflow changes. The “Last updated” date above shows when this policy was last revised.
